CITATIONS & FINES:

If you were issued a citation by the Dooly County Sheriff’s Office or the Georgia State Patrol (GSP), Motor Carrier Compliance (MCCD), or the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) inside of Dooly County, you may contact the Dooly County Probate Court to find out more information concerning your citation:

If you wish to pay a citation, you have several options:

  • You may mail a copy of your citation(s) along with a cashier's check or money order to the Dooly County Probate Court.

  • You may visit the Clerk of Probate Court at their office.

  • You may pay on-line at https://www.payyourtix.com/dooly/

  • You may pay over the phone toll free at 1-866-339-0646

SR13 FORM:

​

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident due to inclement weather and law enforcement was not able to respond, please visit the Department of Drivers Services website to complete a self-reporting accident form or SR13 Form by clicking the link here: SR-13 Form

​

If you or another person has suffered an injury contact 911 and wait for first responders. Once this Form is completed you can send it to your insurance company if requested by your insurance agent.  These forms do not get mailed to law enforcement or the State.
